I have been working with Cardea for the past 15 years on various programs, spanning from program evaluation to capacity development to professional learning. I continue to work with them not only for the quality of and commitment to their work, but also the value they put into relationships. Every time I work with them, they show how dedicated they are to understanding the projects from their client’s perspective and, in doing so, honor the work their clients are committed to.
