With support from Giddens Foundation, Ballmer Family Giving, and Raikes Foundation, Cardea implemented an exploratory and descriptive, field-based evaluation of street outreach and drop-in services as part of the Street Outreach Program Learning Lab project to improve and standardize data collection and evaluate street outreach and drop-in services for homeless youth in King County, Washington.
